Delivery Information
Each item is made to order, with care and intention. Here’s how the process works:
Processing Time
- Orders are made and packed within 2 to 6 business days
Shipping Time
- U.S. delivery takes about 2 to 5 business days after shipping
- We currently ship within the U.S. only
Tracking
- Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link
- If delays happen (due to backorders, high demand, or supply issues), we’ll reach out and keep you updated
Returns & Refunds
We make everything to order, so we’re unable to accept returns due to a change of mind. But we always want you to feel good in your gear—so here’s how we handle the rest:
Size Exchanges
- If you ordered the wrong size, no problem
- Return the item in its original condition
- You cover return shipping
- We’ll cover the cost to ship you the new size
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order:

- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We’ll replace the item or offer a fair solution—quickly and kindly
